FAQs

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship within 1–3 business days. Domestic orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive, and international orders can take 4–6 weeks. Please note that you will be responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred upon delivery.

Do you offer different shipping options?

Within North America, we offer tracked shipping, with or without "signature required" upon delivery. Please note that the Free Shipping option in the US, is NOT TRACKED.

What size should I get?

Generally, we suggest sizing up if you are in between sizes.

For women who prefer a slimmer fit, we recommend sizing down in the adult unisex tees.

How should I care for my aloha Kai apparel?

We recommend washing your aloha Kai tee inside out and tumble dry on low.

Wash aloha Kai snapbacks gently by hand with soap and cold water. Hand dry with a towel, then air dry. Do not place them in the washing machine or dryer. Aside from the trucker hats, do not take the snapbacks into the ocean or fully submerge them in water for longer periods as they will lose their original shape.

Hand wash aloha Kai beanies and lay flat to dry.

You are sold out of certain sizes. When will you be getting more stock?

If you notice that we are currently out of the size you are looking for, please email us at aloha@alohakai.ca, and we will let you know when or if we will be receiving more stock.

What is your return policy?

Exchanges can be made on unworn, unwashed tees within 14 days of purchase. Tees must be in the same condition as you received them.

Hats are not eligible for exchange.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Please email aloha@alohakai.com.

Why have you chosen to donate to BC Children’s Hospital?

We have chosen to donate to BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH) because our youngest son, Kainoa, was admitted to BCCH when he was only 17 days old. We went to the doctor because he had a fever and were immediately sent to emergency at BCCH. It was the scariest thing we had ever experienced as parents. He underwent many tests, and it turned out that he had an infection. We had to stay at BCCH for 7 days while nurses and doctors monitored him very closely. While we were there, we were able to focus on caring for Kainoa because we didn’t have to stress about the cost of the care or our stay. The level of care we received was second to none. We are so grateful for the amazing care Kainoa received at BCCH and we would like to give back.

Can you tell me more about BC Children’s Hospital?

BCCH is BC’s largest children’s hospital and is dedicated to caring for kids from across the province. The hospital is also a site for teaching and research, so it contributes to our children’s health in many ways beyond treating them when they’re sick or injured. BCCH cares for over 200,000 children every year and is a vital part of our community.
